She has collaborated closely with the Pell Institute for the Study of Opportunity in Higher Education since 2013. In her role, Nicole works alongside Tom Mortenson and the Pell team, contributing to collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data related to education, demographics, economics, and other aspects of postsecondary education and training opportunities in the United States.
