In this report, we have posed several key questions about the ability of low-income students to access and succeed in post-secondary education in Ohio. State of College Opportunity in Ohio, 2005<\/p>\t\t

The State of College Opportunity in Ohio, 2005, was prepared by the Council for Opportunity in Education and the Pell Institute \u2014 with support from the GE Foundation \u2014 as part of the Council\u2019s broader State Initiative. The structure of this report mirrors the Indicators of Opportunity in Higher Education report, which tracks the progress of our nation\u2019s commitment to making post-secondary opportunity a reality for low-income students.<\/p>\n

In this report, we have posed several key questions about the ability of low-income students to access and succeed in post-secondary education in Ohio. In seeking answers to these questions, we tried to identify any gaps that exist for low-income students at crucial transition points from high school to college and beyond.
