The Pell Institute for the Study of Opportunity in Higher Education conducts yearly surveys to understand the levels at which institutions and organizations compensate college outreach professionals. We are excited to share the findings of this year\u2019s TRIO Compensation Survey so we may better understand the current landscape for TRIO professionals. Participants will hear how compensation varies by TRIO program, position, institutional division, institutional type, geographical location, demographic characteristics, educational level, length of employment, employment status, and some reasons impacting TRIO professionals\u2019 decision to persist or look for other opportunities.
